Unemployment - Minimum wage and tax incentives

This session we ask the question, if you were the policy maker what would you do with the choices that are on the table right now. Chaz presents the business owner mind set to debate if adding employees is a good thing or increase your own available time. Then its the debate about the minimum wage and does it really hurt small businesses?

Does society need another morale stimulus?

The team returns to catch up on the hot topics over the last few weeks starting with the Corona virus and opinions on the vaccine and looking after more than just yourself. The gun violence narrative and defund the police raises its ugly head and then we swing it to unemployment, available employment and how the child care and child credit act will effect our society in the future.

Happy New year!!This is Repo's fourth year and we start this year with confusion and relief. The team gets together with a rapid fire recap of the events from the recount, insurrection and the inability of the democrats to fight back. This 2 part session starts the year off with our thoughts pinging off the walls and microphones.

The team ends the discussion with our frustration with politics in general and what should we look forward to with the Democratic Party as well as the Republican Party. Is money still going to dictate how elections are ran and won? Are we looking for the right candidates or is it the old politicians still running Congress and fooling the electorate?

Where do we go for another stimulus or after Nov. 2020

Chaz starts up the conversation with what is needed for people, businesses, schools. Whatever. Is it worth being optimistic or do we sit and pray like most Americans that things will get better regardless? we can’t walk away from the conversation without the impact of the Corona Virus

Battle ground/Swing states and Black Lives Matter movement

The team starts back up with trying to define what states are more relevant than others and then we talk about the elephants in the room the civil unrest and the military occupying cities.  We also give props to "On Tyranny" by Timothy Snyder and how we should follow this play book to look out for dictatorships.

We end with our personal contribution to Black Lives Matter and how anyone and everyone should do something

How much Money will the Corona virus cost the American past time?

blk ppl and mask.jpg

During this episode E brings up the sacred cow for Americans. College Football. What happens if we don’t have these big sports events. We also jump into how will businesses change how they will do business without the extra overhead and salaries, Will everything reset or will we just go back to the way we were?

Is the United States already separated by culture, race and geography?

We finally find information that Chaz has been talking about for a while. The nation is separated and not only by our political views but our cultures that makes people see things differently.  We discover some things from Business insider about the 11 different nations within the United States that has certain views about how they live.  We debate the validity as well as some revelations about areas we haven't been to.

Is the this the beginning of the end? (impeachment)

The team recaps issues over the last few weeks about impeachment, Democratic candidates and issues that are really getting under our skin. We touch the outrageous things that occurred this year. The numerous gaffs by Trump, Giuliani and his antics. And you already know tangents are required not optional.

Voter differences by gender, race, geographical region

The team breaks off and debates about perception with cultural differences when it comes to voters.  The team breaks up about the NATO leaders roasting the president when he wasn’t there. Can we really rely on any of the democrats to show up strong enough to challenge Trump but in turn normalize the country to get back to normalcy. really?? Big up to E for giving us the blueprint for changing Georgia to Blue. Virginia!!!
